One-on-one Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools - such as postures/movement, breath, meditation and more - to address an individual's physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Yoga therapy can address a range of concerns such as chronic pain, neurological issues, mental health, illness support and healthy ageing.

A yoga therapy session includes an assessment, identifying specific concerns, practices tailored to your goals, and empowering you through self-healing tools.

Self-paced yoga psychology courses

At times, it can be difficult aligning your schedule with the dates and times available to practice live yoga or attend a course.

If timing is a barrier for you, and you would still love to access yoga and psychology courses, I have a number of 6-week courses available on topics such as mindfulness and meditation, and yoga for enhancing psychological wellbeing.

Mentoring

As part of my own continuous development, I receive both informal and formal mentoring from yoga teachers and therapists.

I love mentoring yoga teacher trainees and other yoga teachers. For me mentoring is a shared gift of purposeful conversation, professional guidance, and personal self-reflection.

In my experience, both mentors and mentees grow together from their relationship and contribute to the ongoing standards of yoga as a profession.

Small Group Classes

Join a small group class, offering gentle, breath-centred, trauma-informed yoga suitable for all levels of experience.

Each class presents a smorgasbord of evidence-based yogic tools - such as breathing, meditation, and postures - and you are empowered to choose your own adventure by selecting options that feel good for you.

“I am fortunate to have Natalie as my yoga teacher. She displays a professional and ethical attitude, is non-judgmental, and never demanding or competitive. She provides a peaceful and challenging practice delivered with care and compassion for each person. Her classes are always thoughtfully planned, integrating yoga philosophy and tradition into poses to suit the individual’s capacity.”
