About Me

Hi, I’m Natalie, though most people call me Nat. If you don’t know me yet, you will soon find out that I am a dog obsessed, nature-loving, earring fanatic. I never take myself seriously and am known to laugh hysterically at cheesy jokes...usually my own.

I’ve lived in Sydney all my life and love travelling around the world to experience new cultures, especially the food!

I’m an internationally Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT). I’ve also been a registered Psychologist since 2002.

I’m an advocate for Health At Every Size (HAES)® and am passionate about making yoga accessible, inclusive, and body positive for all. I acknowledge my own privileges including being able-bodied, cis/het, and university educated.

Connection

I encourage inner connection to self by advocating that people be their own boss on and off the mat.
I enjoy creating a sense of community among the diverse students who attend my online studio.

“I’ve been participating in classes with Nat since 2019. She is an amazingly inclusive teacher with her dialogue always trauma informed and person-centred. She is able to manage a class holding space for participants with a range of abilities and preferences whilst also providing room for growth and reflection.”
