“A wonderful teacher and a beautiful soul. I was lucky enough to be taught by Natalie tonight whilst visiting Sydney. She has a confident yet gentle style, a soothing voice, and her class focused on matching movement to breath. I felt amazing afterwards and am just disappointed that i’m leaving Sydney tomorrow and will not be able to attend her classes regularly! If you want to practice safely, in a welcoming environment with an experienced teacher, Natalie’s classes are perfect.

“Yaama.,

Myself and other Indigenous Health and NGO workers did a course of Yoga recently. This was amazing to do during lockdown as of course there were many frustrations and difficulties trying to work with our families in need..

I had amazing feedback from the participants who felt they really benefited from it. The main thing was though that it was totally culturally safe even though the Teacher herself was not Indigenous we felt very comfortable with her in the space.

A few ladies I know are now continuing to do Yoga since we did the

program. Big thank you for getting this to happen and look forward to working with you in the future with our families.”

“As I’ve mentioned before , we couldn’t be happier with Natalie! She’s a perfect fit with us here and our participants look forward to seeing her each week and doing her classes! We really appreciate all you and Natalie do to ensure our group are happy, relaxed and safe. Long may it continue!”

succulents

“The Yoga Foundation has been very fortunate to have Natalie Haider as a teacher of many of our more complex programs since early 2020. Natalie is a very effective, empathetic and resourceful teacher and the feedback we receive from participants of the programs is consistently excellent.

She has taught women affected by trauma, disadvantage and domestic violence, adults with an intellectual disability and people in crisis, with serious mental health challenges. Natalie’s meticulous planning paired with her deep yoga knowledge, teaching experience and good understanding of the at risk groups we support has led to her making a real difference in people’s lives, through yoga. Two of the women she has taught are either currently training to become a yoga teacher or about to. Both were inspired by the way Natalie teaches and how she has impacted their lives.”
